Possible A123 50V battery (containing 195 cells)
- 13 parallel x 15 series
- 49.5 V

We would want 15 of these in series to give us the following total pack:
- 742 V nominal
- 29.9 Ah
- 22.2 kWh
- 204.7 kg + interconnects, packaging and BMS (will be well under 300kg)
- Total pack contains 2925 individual M1 cells
Another slightly bigger A123 50V battery (containing 240 cells)
- 15 parallel x 16 series
- 52.8 V
- 34.5 Ah
- 1.82 kWh
- 16.8 kg + interconnects, packaging and BMS
We would want 15 of these in series to give us the following total pack:
- 792 V nominal
- 34.5 Ah
- 27.32 kWh
- 252 kg + interconnects, packaging and BMS (should still be under 300kg)
- Total pack contains 3600 individual M1 cells
Welding them together
- Bill Dube recommends 4000A, for up to 35ms with 14 lbs of force.
